Malaria Treatment FAQ:
I am planning a trip to south africa with several youth to explore new volunteering opportunities. In December, one of my students was shot seven times and required multiple operations and blood transfusions. He has healed and recovered in a short period of time. We have received conflicting feedback on the inherit risks of someone taking vaccinations after having blood transfusions.

if immune is week the faster it can kill you..
Please let a medical doctor’s opinion carry more weight than some Yahoo on Answers.
Most Vaccinations use either dead or weakened (Attenuated), viruses/bacteria. This means it is very unlikely, however my advice would be to consult his practioner or the doctors that treated him. Yellow Feverr vaccinations have a high rate of symptoms showing, 1 in 5 i think, with flu symptoms.
The Vaccination may weaken the strenght of the patient rendering him lame or limping only if giving wrongly.
However, if the malaria stays for a long time in the body without prompt and adequate treatment, the patient may give up.
