If you can afford to purchase the medicines from your own pocket,go ahead and do so.They would prove to be effective.However local remedies are supposed to be time tested and extremely efficient against malaria.
Preventive measures like sleeping in a room with some insecticide sprayed or an anti-mosquito coil or pad.here are several anti-mosquito lotions available in drug stores,rub them often on the exposed body parts.Avoid going to shanty places where pools of stagnant water are seen.
