I doubt if it is malaria because i had malaria 4months ago when i was in my country and i treated my self well and i recovered.Is it possible that it is malaria i have now.Or could it be flu?.Pls help.

Malaria never goes away so you may be having a recurring bout of it. It would be best to visit the doctor to see what’s going on - they have meds that make the duration of the flu much shorter.
