He’s got better things to do, like lovingly bending every banana to fit the human hand.
I think you need to ask your boss that question since he is such an eloquent bible teacher from the viet nam days.

If you want the answer, read the Bible. It doesn’t say that the world is a utopia, but it does tell us that this world is only a temporary place, and we should not form earthly attachments.
Some have to feed the worms.
Population control, what with all the fun fornication going on it’s gotta balance somehow.
God, if he’s there, would answer that question with a question: Why does mankind let millions of people die of malaria annually? Which part of “You are your brother’s keeper” don’t you get? It costs around $5 per life saved from Malaria, and you’re asking why GOD lets this happen?
He is one heck of a comedian?
Many people have asked that same question. It is OK to ask. It shows that you have a brain and want to do the best use of it. Now, I ask, Why He SAVES so many people from dying from Malaria each day? Why are you still alive? Why focus on those few that die and not on the billions that live?
We live in this world to prepare for the new perfect one where there would be no illness, suffering or death (Revelation 21:4). God works in our hearts, not letting anyone without the light of His knowledge (John 1:9; Romans 2:14,15). When we are ready, when our characters are set, we die, be it from malaria, on a car crash or we just die of old age.
God loves us but sometimes we reap the consequences of our actions. Why aren’t those people looking for ways to destroy the mosquitoes breeding pools? Being proactive will save lives. If we sent them mosquitoes nets ($4.00) we could also save lives.
